2. Services Provided Proeasy Facility Management Private Limited offers comprehensive facility and security management services, which may include:

• Alarm system management
• Access control
• Emergency response services
• Facility maintenance and cleaning services
3. Client Responsibilities As the Client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
• Ensure that the facilities or premises to be secured are in a safe and operational condition.
• Cooperate with our team to ensure the effective implementation and performance of the services.
• Promptly inform us of any incidents or security breaches at the premises.
4. Payment Terms
• All fees for services provided will be outlined in a formal agreement or service contract.
• Payments are due as specified in the service contract or invoice, and failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
• Payments can be made via bank account, UPI id and QR code.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information you share with us. We will only use the information collected to provide the agreed-upon services. Any personal or sensitive data shared will be protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Performance While we make every effort to ensure the provision of services at the highest standards, Proeasy Facility Management Private Limited cannot guarantee complete security or prevent all risks, incidents, or damages. Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided under the contract.
7. Termination of Services The Proeasy have the right to terminate the service agreement by providing [insert notice period, e.g., 30 days] notice in writing. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of:

• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of property, business, or data resulting from incidents beyond our control.
• Any failure of third-party systems (e.g., alarm systems, internet connectivity) that affect the security services.
9. Force Majeure Neither party will be held liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by Proeasy Facility Management Private Limited, including reports, software, and systems, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or mediation as per the laws of Bhubaneswar Odisha jurisdiction.
